My name is Patrizia Boscia. I was born in Italy but have moved to the USA many years ago. My professional life and my career have developed in the world of academia, but the core of my personal identity remains anchored, in grand part, to my cultural background.

I wish to bring that culture to you through the exquisite world of Italian sweet cuisine, in all its authentic and unique characteristics.

through my baking and my workshops, you will get to experience the finesse and originality of Italian desserts, both ancient and modern, and you will learn the fascinating cultural history behind them.
